  • Manages the HCP-focused marketing strategy, planning, and execution for the Mitigare brand. Coordinates with cross functional team to ensure commercial success;
  • Develops in-depth understanding and becomes expert in the disease, the physician/patient relationship, managed markets/reimbursement and the brand;
  • Effectively deliver the marketing plan through expert vendor and brand team leadership and direction to ensure the timely completion of planned strategies and promotional campaigns ensuring excellent execution against our core message platform, guiding principles, compliance standards and within financial parameters;
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to develop deep patient, payer and market insights as the basis for long term brand growth while utilizing these learning’s to guide the development of our overall patient, payer, and new product positioning and strategy;
  • Responsible and accountable for executing the marketing plan within budget and all day-to-day financial activities including purchase order generation, invoicing, and financial forecasting;
  • Ensure delivery of brand financial goals through detailed analysis and understanding of short-term/long-term brand performances, with special emphasis on marketing program effectiveness and drivers of the business model.  Deliver contingency plans when required;
  • Initiate, develop, manage and maintain complex analytic metric models that will be used to measure/track/forecast the effectiveness, ROI, performance potential, and budget of current campaign strategies and proposed projects;
  • Analyze key market and performance indicators, and adjusts the overall plan accordingly, in an effort to maximize its effectiveness. Track competitive activities and develop strategies to address competitive threats;
  • Identify new opportunities to accelerate Mtigare growth in the market with target customers based on specific customer needs or barriers;
  • Develop, lead and roll out pull through promotional opportunities through the sales force;
  • Build and manage key customer relationships to support the development and execution of HCP marketing initiatives and tactics;
  • Fully support leadership in the development of executive level quarterly business review presentations and annual plan presentations
  • Lead competitive analysis to understand best practices and develop best in class launch plans
  • Direct communication to the commercial organization regarding product and program launches, sales training, etc.
