Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling & conducting interviews
•  Support onboarding and employee documentation 
• Support L&D Activities.
•  Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations 
•  Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities 
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and HR.
• Support in employees engagement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, PBI )
